Clear the free spin money

Hello guys,

i played the free spins during the x-mas calender and won some euro.

That amount is not visible in my poker account, but I can see it, when I access the unibet page.

Seems like there is a restriction to casino only. But when I play the casino I spend money from my money, that free-spin money stays untouched.

Didn't find a topic about my issue here so far.

Who can explain how it works?

You can't see the bonus money from the free spins in your poker account because until it's bonus money,they are only available in the casino section.

Most likely you need to complete the wager requirements for that specific promotion.I think you need to wager your bonus money x30 times before it becomes cash.For example ,if you won €10 from the free spins you need to play €300 in order to complete the wagering requirements and the bonus becomes cash money.You should be able to find how far are you with this challenge when you are on the Casino page  and you check the Bonus section.

Also I think money won via freespins can only be wagered on certain slots,  So if the free spins were on netent then you will need to play netent slots. pretty sure you can open the bonus on website and get t&c s

The last freespins I had it actually used the bonus money first but I have seen that way on netent before where it uses your balance before the bonus balance, If you have 0 balance it will use the bonus balance(kind of encouraging a withdraw of funds imo to not use your own cash)

The amount visible next to the "freespin bonus" line on your account is the original sum you won, so that usually doesn't change until you've cleared the wagering. The wagering requirement is 25x the freespin winnings and you need to wager them on Net Ent slots. That's why you can only see the freespin bonus in your balance when you open one of those games. You use your own money first, but every bet you make still counts towards the wagering requirement so you don't need to "lose" all your cash before you start wagering the bonus. But I suppose you could withdraw your own money first though if you want to keep them separate. Once you've cleared the wagering the bonus will be converted to cash and then you can use it to play Poker. 😃

Unfortunately there's no easy way to know how much you've wagered because the freespin bonus currently doesn't come with a handy progress bar like the regular bonuses do, so you have to keep track of it yourself. But I think @Fredrik-Unibet is working on something to make it easier to see the progress of this type of bonus in the future.
