Agent 1 said yes, i have it on my account, she just need a screenshot when i open the game. I said to myself, for what the f..., i dont have error message, they are just simply not there, or you dont believe that i dont have the freaking freespins? But its ok, i took the screenshots and few minutes later i was back again.Agent 2 checked all my screenshots, and he realised the best thing he can do: cookies and milk caches, or try from different browser. But he had the best idea a little bit later: the bonus is not active anymore... I said to myself again wtf, the previous agent told me its there, and its crystal clear that the bonus is active, it shows i just need to play (and every calendar bonus are valid for 30 days after they are accepted...). But im so ❤️♥️❤️ polite, i just asked some logical questions, but he didnt went into details, the short and simple answer was still the same: expired! So thats what i was waiting for 30 minutes... 😠Two agents, two different answers, and probably both of them are not knowledgeable enough, it feels like they just wanna get rid of the customer. When a customer doesnt answer for a minute or two, they close the chat window, when they dont answer my question for 4-5 minutes, and just copy paste the same bull❤️♥️❤️, thats fine for them. And i really dont wanna dig deep, because i just make myself upset again, and because all of us know that these guys have no time on us, no clue about own promos most of the times, and its just a waste of time going to live chat. Thats why i was surprised last sunday, when they guy who gave me wrong answer on chat at party, corrected himself and apologised through e-mail in the next hour!!! I can show a proof, its unbelieveable, it never happened to me, but there are still guys who care. So im sorry @ReCorpH , but you are my only hope. It's been there a while , and messes up the amount of "active bonuses" in the account pretty badly. Basically giving a bug when two active bonuses are shown as doable.
