This is ridicilous. I just lost 1230e in roulette machine without a single win. 123 straight rounds of no Win. What the hell. 10e per round. Sometimes picked several numbers and still no hits. 123 rounds. Im stunned and calling it a hoax. Im transferring my betting and gambling to somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Roulette is a negative EV game. since there's 38 numbers (Assuming there's a double zero), the odds of any 1 number hitting are 1/38 or 2.6%. That's the risk you take when you play roulette. Play it for fun but don't expect to win. & play with what you can afford to lose.

I debate
Should I smile like everything's good and pretend that life is great
Or should I let the world see the real me and not hide this pain
I tried to be like the rest of y'all, sorry I just can't
I'ma probably die this way

Please dont treat me like im stupid. I know the odds but this was a SLOTMACHINE not live-roulette and like all slotmachines it should have a payback % but i dont believe in anything at this unibet anymore. 123 rounds no-win hoax SLOTMACHINE. And no doublezero

Without double 0, 1/37 = 2.7%

Since you're playing a computerized version of roulette I don't think a payback % makes sense since each number is generated randomly, & the computer can't predict where you're going to place your bets. Losing 123 straight rounds is extremely ('Extremely' might even be an understatement) unlucky, but not impossible.

I can promise you Unibet is not rigged or fixed in any way. You were just playing a game where the odds were already against you.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss!

The chance of a straight win is 2.78 %, and in the few spins I checked, you only bet on one number. 123 rounds without a straight win is a variance that won't happen often, but it's not crazy either. The likelihood of it happening is just over 3 %, so no doubt you've been extremely unlucky! As Magicadil says, the game is obviously random, and all our games are tested and certified :)

Had similar experience, I questioned the Unibet Support people to study bet history and they still claimed numbers were randomly generated. We all know its a scam but they could atleast disguise it a bit better to give you feeling you were just unlucky.

Yesterday I placed a football bet, the bet was accepted in play, it was a winning bet. Today money was taken away as Unibet claimed the odds offered were wrong. So they can do this just like that, its all take take take..

Hi @jkwlfmfc, welcome to the Community. :)

Sorry to hear about the bad experience you had with your bet. I am scratching my head a bit over this because the conversation above is something related to roulette, and even though it's unfortunate that some of the players in this thread were unlucky I can confirm, as @testuser1 did as well, "the game is obviously random, and all our games are tested and certified ".

Now from that to calling it a scam is a bit of a long way. Such an offence is punishable by law and I have said this time and time again, nobody in the right mind would risk loosing their licenses, not talking about the PR disaster that follows just to make an extra buck. Sustainability is something we believe in and this would go against every principle that as a company we have set out for ourselves.

Nevertheless, if there is something you would like us to look into I would be more than happy to do so, just let us know.

Ray,

My reply below does cover two incidents.

If you cover 70% of the board and the random number generator keeps hitting the 30% losing numbers and keeps giving numbers just next to your big potential winner (giving you the illusion you getting very close) you ask yourself some questions.. When I read the original thread and compared it with my experience we must have been extremely unlucky, strange though that in all the time I have played this you never get extremely lucky in return.

My second moan was about a football bet I placed in play on Burnley in extra time. The bet was accepted and won, I was paid out but a day later funds were taken away as Unibet claimed the odds given were wrong. No one contacted me about it, they just took money of my account.

Lets say if the odds were wrong, is that my fault? What if the odds were wrong in my disadvantage , what chance would I have to have that rectified, pretty much the same chance as getting a winning number by the random number generator..

@jkwlfmfc, thanks for the clarification, indeed I realize that in your answer above there are 2 separate issues raised, and with the sportsbook bet it is a most unfortunate error.
I would be lying if I say that errors don't happen, even though rare, it sometimes occur that the odds offered are incorrect and the bet is reversed or that the initial settlement is wrong resulting in a re settled bet. No arguing with that. I'd be more than happy to send a notification for a possible refund or a goodwill gesture from our Sports department, how does that sound :).
As for the Casino, I hate to go on and on about the same thing but our providers which supply the games are 100% certified by the European Union and games do run on a Random Number Generator.
These systems are monitored by impartial third party companies, feel free to have a look at their site.

Well, you don’t share any actual numbers, so can’t do the math for you, but if you look at OP and his case with the roulette, it’s not extreme at all. Even though it might seem extreme to some, to have 123 spins without a win, there’s more than a 3 % chance of it happening. 3 % is honestly quite a lot, and under no circumstances would I ever call that extreme. It’s less extreme than actually hitting the right number on the roulette, if you bet on just one :)

if you post your history, I’m pretty confident it won’t be as bad/extreme as you feel, from a mathematical pov. If we’re talking less than 0.001 % likelihood (something that’ll happen less than 1 in 10.000 times), we can start talking extreme :)) - talking about extreme, the chance of winning the powerball lottery is approx. 1 in 175.000.000 :)
