This is unfortunately not the first time it was already the same game with a smaller amount. What to do I wrote to customer service back then, but no response came. I feel unfair and it really was. The bet was placed on 32 red and the the outcome was registered as 29 black, thus making your bet lost\I'm not entirely sure what you might have seen during this round here, but the systems registered the round and based on that the outcomes were correct.
