Non payout on Heroes Hunt slot

Hi, yesterday I deposited £20, claimed some freespins, then went to play on Heroes Hunt. Playing 20p a spin, I finally got a bonus when my balance reached £4, I won £62 on the bonus. I left Heroes Hunt and went to play another slot. I immediately noticed that the £62 win from Heroes Hunt had not been added to my total balance and that my 300x win had not appeared on the 'megaways' competition leaderboard.

My account is still standing at £4 in total - could you please advise what is going on?

And another thing - I keep getting a 'verify your account' message and when I click on it it says I don't need to do anything. I've been adding and withdrawing money for over a year now without any problems.
