afrikoko Posted July 22, 2018 Share Posted July 22, 2018 HI there,i'm new here..4days ago i was playing lightning roulette with the special bets..but for some strange reason my bet of 51 euro was altered to 18euro and the chips where being moved to other numbers,the wheels spins don't fall on a wining number but i still lost 51euro on a bet that was changed due to some kind of server problem( idont know)i made a complain about it and live support told me it would take op to 48 hours to resolve the problem and the gave me a ticket nr.i said ok and played on..then again 21euro was altered tot 16euro and my chips where placed on other numbers wich lost again and instead of losing 16euro i lost 21 on numbers that i dind't bet on.what can i do know?i didn't got screens (dumb from my side) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Maybe this has something to do with your issue?I'm just guessing ofcourse I see now that the circumstances of ones birth are irrelevant... pittpitt Posted July 23, 2018 Share Posted July 23, 2018 it does happen REALLY often with evolution gaming, you have to be carefull and do not think twice when you notice something wrong happen...ask customer service to escalade the issue to a higher level and 99% of the times they will look at the history of the game and if it doesnt show the bet in question ( which again very likely not ) matter of fact who the hell comit a 'mistake' and dont cover up their ' mistake ' if they dont want to get caugh LOL the site have no real power imo ,the provider got all the right to refuse to pay for x reason...they couldnt care less,too big too gangster to really care ! so you have to escalade the process to the gambling commission that will take like 20 days to reply to your complaint , then very likely that nothing will happen in your favor so you have to escalade your complaint to an ADR that will take all document that you can provide on the issue ( mainly the game history lol , which doesnt exist LOL )" so moral of the story , you gamble on roulette specialy (evolution gaming )...you video tape every bet ,make it clear so no misunderstood can be seen , be ready to make a complaint on the gambling commission like a mothafuaka, then request ADR with your video tape ready ! bunch of gangster imo 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My winnings not payd out. Immediatly contacted chat support and while doing so i had recording situation from time of placing my bet. Thay requested game number and i went to game history game number of that round is missing. I played at least 10 streaght rounds before that and all are shown in history but not that one in question when error happened. I was asked to upload my proof and so i did. Screenshots and video. Thayr respond. From my video thay cant know if i played at unibet or other site. Lol. Thay cant find game in game history. Ok. So my proof is not enough to them. Even tho its clearly visible i imediatly asked for support at roulette table chat. And after all it should be in sites responsibility to not make error at game history list. Second thing if thats the case that we need a proof for these kind of situation it should be mentioned before playing. I like unibet site and got nothing bad to say until this situation. I leave them good money every month at least 2-5k € but not any more. Im done with every online gambling site as it is impossible to trust them. Now if this for some reason does not happen, the stake that was placed on the bet will be reserved for the next valid spin. That being said, we would gladly have a closer look at this for you, we would however, need a concrete round number, the ID of the spin where this happened basically.
