After a while it didnt accept my bets anymore, so I left the game but the money I won is not on my account :-( does anybody know how I can be helped ? In your account under Casino History you should be able to locate the time of the spin, I would need a 5 minute ruff interval on when that winning spin was made to analyze all the hands and see if there was something wrong.
