Karak Forge bonus error

Hello

I allready talked with support yesterday but i would like to play as soon as possible again ...

In the slots *    Karak Forge    *    i  did get the bonusround , i won 44 euro but then  my page started  to loading -3 circles- and it refreshed  but   i dont see my bonus money that i won on the screen . only 24.17 my credits . i have some screen shots  with  the errors  that became after that .  

you get the bonus round  if you have 3 scatters  , you can see at one of the screenshots  those scatters  and just played the bonus . the time i think was 0:25 8/04/2020 that i played the bonus . 

it is so annoying, especially since I now encounter it twice in a short time after a bonus game. with another slot i had allso that kind of problemes . getting the bonusround and when its finished its started to load ...reconnecting ? 

what can i do  and how do i know  when its solved ?

Hello, 

Yesterday I got a problem with this game (Karak Forge). In the game, if we finish to collect 800 gems, we'll reward a some of money (that shown always when we play). I played it for severals days and finally collected enough 800 gems (at about 19h48 , 9/4 ), and it shown i won 277e, but that some was not credited in my balance. Unfoturnately I couldn't take the screenshot because I noticed a bit late after . It is so sad when we'd seen but couldn't got it. 

I tried to chat and explained wih the support, and she told me to wait a response by email. I'm still waiting....

Can you see if they found the problem yet ? its a month allready .... :(

I know you cant do allot about it but maybe you can see at least if they are checking my problem .... if you understand me ..... with my terribles English :)

hello

yes i have ... but they  say in the mail i should receved my money at 22-04-2020 but i never receved that money (48euro) . I checked my Casino & Games  activity   from 21/04/2020 tot 24/04/2020  . but  you cant never see or find  that amount of 48 euro  in my history . After that date i normally should i had recevd that money  i mailed  if they had some news for my prblemes and allways mailed me back with saying they are still looking at it . if i had that money i wouldnt lail them to ask if my problemes was solved ....... 

I answered back at the supports mail 07/06/2020  with  saying  that i didnt recevd that money  and  i gived them  the list of   from  my  Casino & Games  activity but they did not responsed  2 that mail .

this was the mail from support :

You received this on 22-04-2020 at 22.25.

Sorry for disturbing again

I sended 2 mails to the support for my pronlem with that game (Karak Forge) but i dont get no answer back . 

Is the game of the list on the site because i cant find the game anymore ..... getting so strange  for me . 

Can you help me out ?

How can i ask on them how to get this situation right without me beeing a wanker about that money i never saw ....

can you please help me out ?

its maybe a small amount in some once eyes but for me its money ..... 

not having control over this problem is what makes it so annoying ...... if you get my point.

I i am a little disappointed in unibet.
I have not received an answer to my problem of unibet help support via email.
I feel let down by a website that I liked to play on but now I don't play on this until it is resolved. loyal player for many years, maybe not big money but I had fun and brought some friends to this site so they could discover these games too.
I have sent another email but I expect almost no response frankly.
Too bad they let you down like that .....

i know you cant do nothing about it  but i dont know on who else to complain.

Im in a facebook gambling private group and i waited to explain my situation  but i feel its time to bring this subject up .  i know there will be allot of support  and hopefully they   can bring me on ideas  what the do  with this .

I made complaint there couple of weeks ago about my slot issue that hasn't been solved/answered for over 5 months. Don't expect it to be solved any faster because of complaint but maybe, just maybe if enough people makes complaints, they get faster in future as these things seem always lasts for months at least for me.

I think it is more provider than Unibet/casino fault but since customers can't complain staight to provider, i guess this is only way. And mga must have more authtority to get these fixed than one individual customer. And if mga can give some heat to Unibet maybe Unibet  can give some heat to providers.

Really sad that it has to be this hard and lot of work for each party, i could understand if problems solving would last days or couple weeks but months is too much imo. I don't see that these issues gets any easier to be solved over time, quite opposite, so i don't see why it should take so much time. If it is just that there is so many cases and not enough peeps to solve them they should hire more.

We will see, 99% chance that nothing will change, for better at least :D
