noma12 Posted September 18, 2018 Share Posted September 18, 2018 I was playing Mystery reels on my mobile phone and third simbol of jackpot locked and then the game froze, I cant tocuh anything , so after a half minute message pops out: server error try again, and when I entered the game again no jackpot... We checked the round manually as they always finish even though there's a disconnect. Unfortunately the remaining 5th reel did not hit anything that triggered a win, the jackpot symbol is there as that is where it froze, but as seen from the color the reel was still spinning.
