I was win 5000 when I was play 5 kr. Than I still play til the money left 4500 . I was out from the game and the money is gone!Was try to chat with the help.. Of cores I remember I was played on 13 of Mars at 17.32 and first I was put money in 480 kr. I was win 5000 and 2000 . So I still play til money left 4500 something when I out of the game 18.44 it showed money only 450. When I try to contact the help the not sort it out anything idiot! RayL Posted March 23, 2019 Share Posted March 23, 2019 Hi @Norway, 13 of March at 17.32 is when the actual deposit happened in your account, I believe Jeppe meant if you remember when the supposed error happened when you saw that you won 5000 kr and it wasn't credited. As mentioned above, the guys had a look at the overall session and spins made but no errors were found so in order to investigate further with our provider we would need a 5 to 10 minute time interval on when the error happened. We are able to locate the actual rounds on your account @Norway, what we weren't able to locate is the win mentioned, but a screenshot should be of great help. Where did you send the screenshot? There are no stuck or open rounds on the account and all transactions are paid. I would need more information from you, more accurate information to be more specific because the screenshots showing the balance and the time don't add up with whatever is found on your actual account in that specific minute. Could it be possible that it happened on a different day?
