Unibet client crashes while I'm playing

Hello,I was playing 4 cash tables today when suddenly every table turned white and the "blablabla stopped working" message appeared and I had to close the client,and all the money I had invested in the hands I could have lost/did lose(I didn't check).The same thing happened twice yesterday.My computer runs on windows 7 and I have no problems with crashes on any other poker room.

Firstly I want to thank everyone for reporting about this issue and have been sending us the dxdiag info, poker.log and description. Just to remind you that we still appreciate if you guys can keep letting us know if this keeps happening and also if you could let us know in which situation this issue occurred.

Our devs are still investigating this and it has been our highest priority issue for a while.

Please don't forget to send us your dxdiag info (poker.log file no longer needed) together witn a detailed explanation to contact@unibetcommunity.com.

Hi guys,

I'm glad to announce that we've added some fixes related to this issue for today's poker client release. These fixes may prevent some players from encountering "client crashes" and similar issues.

However,  we urge you to keep posting and sending us details whenever these crashes occur in order to help us fix them.

Client are still crushing sometimes when I close a table! It happens almost every day. Veryangry @Unibet-Cédrick

Hi @yarik_gr,

Sorry to hear about this issue still continuing. We've made a lot of progress this month finding out what's causing this for most players. We might have a final solution that will be implemented for the next poker release end of the month.

Right now we are still proceeding with the testing but looks pretty good so far.
