As already mentioned many times there are still connection problems and crashes over an year after the release of the v2....
The disconnections/freezes of the client have been even more common after the last update

I have disconnection issues too. I have to restart the app to run tables again and sometimes it really makes me mad. At least they fixed crashes problem and I hope that they can do something with that.
@yarik_gr there is always hope...

The one thing I find most annoying is when you reconnect just to see any playable hand auto-folded and which would have won Also happened to fold AA twice just a second away from clicking the play button.

No problem @Unibet-Cédrick , I'll send it again (had sent it 4-5 times already). Also I reinstalled the client lately so there might be some info missing.

Just to comment on that we request poker.log file multiple times from the same players. As the poker.log file updates constantly when player's interact with the poker client, we always need to make sure that we have the latest update of the poker.log file in order to assure that the current issue is registered there. I know it's sometimes a hassle and probably annoying for the user but it's the only way we can get complete information unfortunately.

I simply wasn't sure if the file was received because all the times I've got no reply (even automated one).
@GothMoth I can confirm that we've received your poker.log and devs have been contacted. I'll post an update here as soon as I hear from them.
Today I was playing 9 tables and guess what? Ofc disconnection! It takes really long time to restart the client, because that's what I see sometimes when I'm trying to do it and I have to try again and again. And after that it takes time to place tables all over the screen what causes a lot of missclicks and rash decisions. It's ok when I'm playing some freezouts deep MTTs, but it happens at SNGs bubbles where every hand is impotant and I'm losing tons of value even with that couple of minutes that I need to restart the app! And today it happened when I was at €2 Fireball bubble with 3 places paid and 5 ppl left, and every BB is impotrant at those turbos. And I'm not the only one! I wish I cold leave Unibet and move to another site to play, but that's the BEST gamble site and that ty software spoils all the impression!

I have the same problem. It just go off and show disconcted, and is no due my connection cause everything else work. Also had to uninstall two times this month and reinstall due to update, it wont work after the updates
Hi @Riverisabitc, there is a fix roling out in the next few days which should fix most of the major issues. However I'll gladly send this to our Poker department to be analyzed, I'll just need a bit more details.All the info we would need is here, have a look and as soon as it's provided I'll be more than happy to inform the devs about the issue
@yarik_gr are you still experiencing the same issues, as mine are the same and today there was even a new bug which made the play impossible.
The client freezes and after I restart it the crash occurs immediately when the tables open.
I hope someone with the same problems has find a solution...

@GothMothNot sure if it's the same reason behind it, but playing the same 750 Deep too and it crashed once a while ago..
I hope so, the update was earlier and there were just 2-3 crashes for many hours.
Also I noticed that when there are 4-9 tables open the crashes are more common. Strangely this doesn't happens when multitabling cash games.
Now I'm cleaning the system from almost all essential programs and will clean install everything.
Will report later.
After the clean up and the installation of the client no crashes occured, but I played not many tables and for ~2 hours only.
However another thing happened when I exit the client the "Unibet Poker has stopped working" appears everytime
Below are the residual CrashDumps from AppData>Local which I removed before the new install - they all are from 22th and now there are some new from 23th, but they are due the faulty exits. If some info might be gained from them I'll send them to the devs. I'll send the Poker_log as well.
@Patric-Unibet I forgot to tag you the other day when the updated client became very unstable and I started this thread:
Later I reinstalled it after uninstalling all of the programs that might affect it's performance and now I have only:
1. Microsoft Visual C++ 2013Redistributable(86)-12.0.40660
2. Adobe AIR Version 188.8.131.52
3. AdobeFlashPlayer30 NPAPI Version 184.108.40.206
Since then I experienced only one crash and minor disconnections for few seconds.
Could you take a look at this and the several similar threads as there might be an indication for the cause(s) of the issues which many players still experience?
Maybe it's related to faulty/missing DLLs on our sides, but I believe they might be implemented into the next update with the Visual C++.
At least some of the affected players might see this and re/uninstall: NET Framework, DirectX, Java Runtime Environment, Adobe Air, Adobe Flash Player, Microsoft Silverlight and see if it works.
Tonight I was disconnected and couldn't reconnect for 5 minutes near the bubble of E28 High
The client turned white after the 1st restart and the browser version couldn't load for minutes...
When I reconnected my stack was reduced from 7.5 to 1.75BB and I reconnected seconds after auto-folded KsK3s3 when I would triple up.
@Leo-Unibet, @Unibet-Cédrick, @Patric-Unibet bring these issues to attention of the devs please.

Me too only few times and managed to restart the client and to connect in a minute, but the last one was the worst from months.
And I thought I have found a solution uninstalling almost all Visual C++ s and leaving only the 2013 one.
There are so many complaints here and in twoplustwo "Unibet - Official Thread, but still nothing is done
