I play poker on a Macbook Pro (Unibet client version 2.30.1). When I press exit on a game window (e.g. cash game/S&G or history window) the client crashes.
Could you please help.
Hey @andyvoll , let me call our poker superhero @Stubbe-Unibet!
Thanks for the tag, @cris1285 ! Didn't see this one as it didn't have the poker label.
@andyvoll , thank you for the report and sorry to hear you're having issues! We'll need your log file to investigate this. The log file is a text file you’ll find in the general documents folder, when you’re on a Mac (Poker_log the file is called). I'll send you my email by PM. You can also just paste the last 20 lines from the log file before the client crashed/closed.
It'd also be great with the info shown on this link https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203001 - further info about your Macbook pro.
Thank you in advance!
Hi @andyvoll .... I have exactly the same issue with my iMac if it's any consolation
We've got 3 reports thus far. Only thing in common is running on a relatively old version of OSX. We haven't identified the root cause yet, but it has high priority. If possible, I'd recommend to update to a later version of OSX, as I'm confident that'll solve the issue.
Hi @Stubbe-Unibet I've updated my Mac to the most recent OSX it can support (Sierra ) but still the same problem with 2.31.1, hope this can get fixed
Thanks for letting me know and really sorry to hear it didn't work! I wasn't aware that only Sierra would be supported - that's the last version for which we've got reports.
Well @Stubbe-Unibet on the plus side I finally got round to updating from El Capitan and can now ask Siri to reopen Unibet when it crashes
Haha, all worth it then
Happy to let you know that we've identified the issue. If the testing goes as planned, we'll be releasing a fix in the July release.
We switched to another graphics API for OSX, but unfortunately this is causing issues for some older versions on OSX - this change was needed as Apple is gonna stop spporting the older technology. In July we'll be switching back to the old graphics API for these older versions of OSX.
@andyvoll , @radge1 sorry it took this long, but a fix should be live with the latest release! Please let me know if it's working for you
Seems to be sorted @Stubbe-Unibet
