No tourny schedule

This thing happens to me like 1-2 times a week where I open the client, but there is no tournament schedule. Usually I have to open and close the client like 5 times (which is quite a lot you know), before it appears again. Is it just a server problem or what?no schedule.png

Hey @comanimal,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having these issues.

Could you test what happens, if you click on the Full Schedule under tournaments? Does it show a completely empty schedule as well or any form of error message?

Could you also please send us a screenshot of the first two tabs of your dxdiag (system information) + poker_log file (under Documents -> Unibet Poker)?

This will help us, investigate it further.

If the same issue happens to you again, please write down the day and exact time (+ timezone), so we can check it from our logs too.

Thank you for your response.

The same thing happens when I click on the full schedule or even if I try to register to a MTT using a ticket, it shows none available.

Will I send the requested info to contact@unibetcommunity.com?

Same thing for me, happened last night and is happening right now.

 @Ray-Unibet Now 15.02 from 17.50 unitl 18.05 CET at least (maybe more, stopped restarted the client after 15 minutes). Now there is no avatar selection/hand history page. Also it takes 10 seconds to load the "join our winter bootcamp" banner and it shows that I have 0 balance. I'm no IT expert, but seems like to be the same (server) issue.

Also no cash games.

And the UO flip I was regged to didn't load up. Not willing to test if I can play tournies at the moment or not, because I'm afraid that buy-in is just gonna go to waste

@comanimal@Ray-Unibet   i just posted in the poker help section the same exact thing:   user data disappearing, no tickets showing, money missing, etc.....

Even the community frontpage didn't update my message, or the help section time

I hope its gonna be sorted soon.

If anyone experience this again on desktop, please send the log file by email to contact@unibetcommunity.com - include a link to this thread and ask them to forward the email to me. We haven't been able to reproduce this issue, and the log file will be a big help.

@Stubbe-Unibet  just saw that a log file could be helpful, so I sent one from Version: 2.26.1

It's from 06.02 but I saved the log after I experienced a bug ( probably the tourney lobby one). 

There are some details from the log:
