No alert sound (Android & Windows)

I don't hear an alert sound in the mobile client on my Galaxy S5 neo with Android 6.0.1.

Other than that, the new client is much easier to play on a smartphone as the old one, so good work on that Thumbs Up

I uninstall the client and delete all. Reinstall and no problem now.

Hi,

Good to hear it is working again, there is an audio tab in the settngs menu to turn on/off sounds and alerts.

Thanks for reporting, I have the same issue not hearing alerts on my Android phone.

had the same issue, no sound with Windows 10.. reinstalling the application did the trick

@Chris-Unibet I updated the app to 2.2.0 today and still have the same problem: no alert sound. Also, it seems sometimes there is no sound for actions of other players. For example sometimes a player folds or raises without a sound, while the next player to act does the same thing and does have a sound.

Same problem for me. Sound seems to be intermittent but mostly no sound. Usually hear it in first hand then nothing.
