Missing cards/Player during Daily 4 10/2/16

This happened numerous times during the Daily 4 on 10/12/16. I have no idea who I'm playing against. There were no cards or animations from any player. I had other tables open but none of them had this issue. It was intermittant.

On the final table of the same MTT we were down to 8 but I could only see 7 players. (I don't know why I didn't screengrab it). This player didn't exist for the entire time I I was on the final table.

@RushB Relax has made multiple fixes to these bugs as they have been reported. Have you experienced this bug since v2.9.0?

Can't say, because haven't been playing those since the August's BB-campaign ended. Maybe someone who is not completely burned-out to those tournaments could tell if it's still happening Smirk

I don`t care much anymore. Relax gaming is unable and Unibet will never succed in getting this lousy piece of program to work proper.

I`ll stick to a few freerolls and lowstake stuff just to get my money back that I have spent trying to get the client to work.

I play poker at other sights that are more reliable. Unibet pokerstaff doesn`t listen to us customers and that`s a shame.

PLO cards are still not showing during the first hand of the MTT in 2.9.0. Just had it in the €1 Speed PLO.

@MoreTBC you should be able to solve the issue by deleting all assets under:

C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Unibet Poker\assets

After that you should restart the client and hopefully not experience that issue anymore.

Still happens all the time, but just noticed that you can see the cards in real time too from the table's hand replayer

@Unibet-Cédrick, Still happening in 2.10.0. I deleted all the assets and redownloaded like you said but it's not solved it unfortunately.
