It loads and then the page closes & re-opens with an error message at the bottom of the screen. It has worked smoothly before so something has definitely become broken.
@Nospheratu is this something that persists for you or was it a one time issue? Does this extend to Chrome as well?A screenshot of the issue would be appreciated if so.
@Ray-UnibetStill presists. Works fine on Crome.
Here is the error message
There's not much to show really it begins with the main login page. When you click on the "Log In" button it turns grey indicating that it has been clicked, the little loading circle is also there on the tab. Then after a while the screen turns white with the message below and you're back on the Login page again.
Cheers for the report @Nospheratu, it's sent to the developers to have a look.
@Nospheratu, I've received an answer regarding this issue. At the time you were trying to log in via IE one of the login services was down. Good news is that it's back up for a couple of days now and the login should work now. Could you have a look and let me know if this persists on your end?
@Ray-Unibet Looks like i missed this thread i thought i had attended to, my bad. It does work fine now.
@Ray-UnibetTurns out i went a little ahead of myself here: the problem has NOT been solved. Still persists & behaves just like it did before.
@Nospheratu, I had a colleague from your region test it out and it works just fine for him. Are you sure you are running the latest version? Also, sorry for being cheeky but, is Chrome not an option for you?
@Ray-UnibetThe version i'm running is 11.253.17763.0
Yes other browsers do work including Chrome but that's more of a "sweeping under the rug" type of solution i think. Even if perhaps not the most modern out there it still is a standard and official browser that should not be broken to this extent (and it never used to be).
Can't argue with that @Nospheratu, it was more like a temporary solution until we have a look again at IE It was sent to be checked again but good to know that the rest of them are an option + you are able to play. will be back with info ASAP.Have you tried accessing it through this link? https://www.unibet.se/, due to the new regulation the link was changed, it should redirect you automatically of course even if you access .com, but best to try the original link and see what happens.
@Ray-Unibet That link does actually work altough a lot slower than usual.
