Twice today mid action my cash tables have just frozen dead killing me in the hand. Have never had an issue with this on this site before and am now reticent to be putting money in hands. I had no connectivity issues to any other sites today.
update to v.2.0.6 and it is a little more stable.
it still has problem refreshing the people registered in a tournament as one waits for the countdown timer.
@LoveUnibet, @freddies' @GoroWinsThis release allows Danish players to login, let you switch off/on some animations and fix the dealer button position on 9max tables.
There isn't any stability fix yet but we're working on it.
@hascorel, I'm wondering if it's related to the "internet contection error please conect wifi or mobile" where you found a solution yourself. Would you be able to post some screenshots? Does it happen right after you login?
@Camilio,Bringing back the old version is hard to do technically. We'd need to roll back several server changes too which would be dangerous too and we'd need to allocate a lot of development time which delays 2.0 fixes. Additionaly the old client doesn't support the main december promo.

For me it seems to be the opposite, 2.0.6 is the first version that crashes constantly in under 5minutes of play, tables just freeze and I have to close the client. Also half the time it freezes at log-in, I enter my details and nothing happens. Tried uninstall/reinstall but no change. At this point I begin questioning the security of my bankroll.

v2.0.06 is very unstable, 100% agree. I would not worry about my bankroll, though.

Just installed the new client on my desktop after being out of town for a week and using my laptop.
Install was fine as usual, booted up and logged in without a problem. I had planned to play the daily 25 1.5k but decided to reg a ub open 2e sat first, as soon as the table had loaded up the client became unresponsive and crashed.
I tried restarting multiple times and reinstalling, however whenever I log in now it loads the one table i'm registered in then instantly crashes and force closes.
There's no error report code I can find either as the app just force closes.
I'm running up to date versions of windows 10 on both my laptop and desktop but the laptop seems to run fine.
Any advice would be great.

It still seems like an option well worth trying instead of letting us customers pay for the unbugging with our payrolls if we ever can start the prog at all. For us the december promo is not available anyhow. Feels bad. :(
Yop, I have the same issue. Lobby works fine, but opening table means crash. (and creating unknown file in Unibet Poker folder, with size around 300MB).

I was 4 tabling on 1 screen for about 20-30mins without any problems (switched all animations off in the middle of the session). When I opened the 5th table on my 2nd screen it crashed in a few mins. Not sure if there's a connection there. I enclose a screenshot of the crash and my log file. I tried to log back in and it crashed immediately as soon as I entered my password. Sorry for sending too many files. However there is a friend who is still grinding 8 tables with no issues...Another friend's lobby went black and received a message then it was trying to reconnect.
Well – I had maybe one or two crashes before the new client update today, now I already crashed three times within 2 hours playing. Maybe just a coincidence but surely worth mentioning.
Losing money when you aren't even getting to play the hand is DEFINITELY a worry.
Ok update, I've been playing 2.0.6 more hours today and seems much more stable than yesterday when it crashed continously. How is this possible, since it's the same version, I don't know... maybe it's just a random server issue when freezes occur?? Today I only had crashes when opening a new table, still extremely annoying but not as much as yesterday.
As I posted a few days ago, I keep having the client crash on me.
It is happening sometimes when only on 2/3 tables and others when 6/8.
It suddenly just crashes, no freezing (although that has happened a couple of times).
I am using a MacBook.
If I contact CS, will they go thru my HH and organise my refund?
When i playing sometime one table freezes and then all my others start global sitout and if i want to play normal again I have to close unibet using task manager and start everything again open tables and so on. Thats very frustrating. It happens alot. Please solve the problem !
Why was my post moved to here? The client runs ok and I can play fine and then it just suddenly crashes. Seems a different problem to the OP.
Regarding stability of the client, it's very likely that the improvement or deterioration that you're experiencing hasn't anything to do with the last release. We're aiming to improve that with a next release next week.
Some players believe that minimising the lobby helps in that regard. It's likely to be only because it reduces CPU usage which may help on some old machines.

I don’t know if closing the lobby really helps the issue – BUT with the old client I HAD to minimise the lobby because the client and all the tables would lag like hell otherwise. However, the new client uses a new software but I still wanted to share that info, software tends to do weird stuff sometimes for no obvious reason.
Good luck for the release next week – I hope it improves the new client because I really liked it and I guess, it’s a hard week for all you guys!
I have exactly the same thing. The client crashes when I open a table. I have windows 7. And I have installed the patch which was instructed to install here in a thread in Unibet community.
2 days ago I couldn't even open the software, just got a black box which wasn't answering to anything (even after installinig the patch). Now I get to open the software but I'm still unable to play because everything crashes when I open a table.
I played 2 shorter sessions only 4tabling and had no issues for like 2 hours. Then it crashed twice within 20 minutes.
By the waym are these settings ok?
Can I attach files here? I took screenshots of the last 2 crashes and I also want so send my log file.

Everyday I have played the client has crashed several times. It's so annoying because all the time I got to be afraid that it crashes when I'm in a big pot, but have to play because I gotta clear my bonus before it expires.
Played less than 3 hours today, and client freezed 5 or 6 times... If I didn't have active bonus I would definetly cashout and go play somewhere else. I have played online poker for many years on several different networks and your software is easily the worst I have ever seen. It's so damn hard to try to clear that bonus down when I have to force quit software few times in an hour.
