I am Estonian player once again Unibet client is not working.
Problem: cant log in, same issue on both client and browser version.

You may need a password change, couple of us had emails to change password.

No, it's not related with the that, I changed my password today already. It seems to be the same problem that occured just couple of weeks ago during UOS as it seems to be affecting the same group of Unibet customers with the same exact issues (not being able to access the desktop nor the browser client) again.

The same problem. Just can't login because blank gray screen stays.
Its not sowtware/hardware related problem but related with my user because my gf tried to login at the same computer, same settings, same software, and her logins work. So if she is able to login, but I am not, then it can't be software/computer fault. Also if I am trying to open browser version at Unibet website, then the same - just gray blank window, but if my GF opened browser version - it's working like a charm. Again the same computer, and everything the same.
And nothing wrong my account. Samsung Galaxy Tab (android) everything works correctly, and I am able to login and play, but only desktop/laptop. Dosen't matter which desktop/laptop I use, I am unable to login. If someone have the same problem, then do not bother to reinstall, update drivers, java, flashplayer whatever - its not your computer, settings, software fault - it's 100% Unibet fault - you can't do anything to fix the problem, only way to get some help is to contact support, but note - support is slow, especially with this problem, which is very common problem.
Yes, its happen a lot! I googled the problem and looks like its have been since Unibet v2 launched. Now years later, its still not fixed, and standard support do not know how to help, they just asking irrelevant questions (what software version, windows, videocard etc. you use), but as I said these questions are irrelevant and unneccesary because the problem is not in computer settings, software, graphic cards etc, but the problem in Unibet side. For some reason Unibet Poker client unable to load my user settings at desktop/laptop - 1 hour before and days before the problem appear, all was fine.
Also note, even at this website can be found tens and tens, even hundreds of threads/posts with the same problem. So support, moderators and tech guys/developers are aware that is quite generic and common problem, but haven't taken any steps to fix it or even worked out "know how". They still asking irrelevant questions and acting like it's a new problem and never happened anyone.

Yes, problem still exists and we are unable to login.
The same problem, and also I am Estonian player too. Unabe to log in Unibet Poker since yesterday around 5 or 6 PM, but at the same computer my GF account worked fine.
Problem persist only at PC version (desktop/laptop) and browser version, but in Samsung Galaxy TAB (Android) all works fine. And it's not computer/software related issue - it's user based issue.

Same problem here, have been trying to log in to the client about 3 hours now, but guess what.....nothing happens....Also a Estonian player, but i doubt it has something to do with that.
@Jeppe-Unibetyeah, problem persists.
Also ranka66 makes sound points in other thread about the larger picture around nature of recurring issues (such as this). I would also like to point out that respons has generally been slowish and communication subpar. Also if this current log in issue gets fixed should I expet it to return in month or two or is permanent.
It definitely has to do with Estonian IP's in one way or another, Ranka's girlfriend might not have the issue but all you guys reporting it are Estonian and that cannot be coincidental.
We're going to try and check it with the client provider to see if there's some sort of IP block, but outside of that I'm afraid I don't have much information to give. The issue isn't general, but only affects a small group of players all from the same country, so it will require a bit of digging and as mentioned we're starting at the provider for an IP check.
Might not be the same issue but I am unable to log into mobile. (iOS) This issue persists after reinstalling the app. No issue on desktop.

Yeah still no luck getting in and tried the andoid app aswell and shows the same error as above, yesterday it worked fine... Let´s just hope it gets fixed soon
@rattas2 @Märdik @ranka66 @comanimal @MaecTpo We might have found the root of the issue, could you guy please try and log in on www.unibet.ee and accept the new Terms and Conditions - there should be a box popping up automatically upon login. After doing that, then re-start the client and try the log in again - please let me know whether it works or not.

@Jeppe-Unibet Box with new terms and conditions doesnt pop up when I log in unibet.ee (tried 2-3 times) so I cant accept new terms.
Same here. Tried multiple internet connections also with no improvement to the situation.
Thank you @MaecTpo and @rattas2 - We're pretty sure this is the issue and I highly suspect everyone here will return saying they don't get the the pop up box when logging into the account on desktop.
I'm real sorry, but this isn't something we can fix over the weekend as we have to have some people look at it who aren't back until Monday. I'll make sure we get some compensation for you when it's back to working, but for now the best I can do is advise to try via mobile/tablet - many apologies for the inconvenience.
Yeap, i don´t get the pop up either... The android app the other hand is working fine again so that should do the trick for few days i think
Same problem, also player from Eestonia, hope you will fix it soon, and somehow give back some tickets or compensation for that we have lost cuz of disconnect and login down...
For me problem solved. Now I am able to login. Try to open just in case poker client in browser, which I did with my smartphone (requested desktop site at Google chrome), and now looks everything is okay. Maybe it helped, maybe not, but worth to try because it takes a few moments only.
But conclusion - its not first time. Its known and old bug, and for me it's lil bit insulting "u must wait for monday...". If u are aware that u have glitch at your poker software, then atleast for me, it should be normal to keep atleast some "hotline" with guys who can fix it ASAP.
Also I think you should improve your customer support atleast with this glitch. Old, know bug, and still support asking irrelevant questions. Also is there anyone else whose problem solved now? Or I am the only lucky one?
Yeah, cant sign in. Pretty disappointing to miss sunday tournaments.
Same problem here since yesterday, same country. Poker does not work in browser or in client, but it should work on tablet and mobile, as Märdik and ranka66 confirmed. Hopefully the issue will be fixed tomorrow.
