Hi @Camilio I think others had the same issue, it should have read HU sngs, but I thought it was fixed now.

Hi @Camilio they must think 3 days is too easy for you so gave you a handicap, trouble is you'll be two weeks behind everyone else.
So I never knew the SNG's were HU... because it does not say so & wasted money trying to finish the August Mission part 4.
This was noticed yesterday & the problem still has not been fixed.
I'd like to request the money I spent trying to finish the mission back please, so I can finally finish the Mission
2 X 1€ tickets or 200 bonus points will do thanks

I can send any compleints or refund requests to the poker department for them to be refunded.@Camilio, this month's mission is prooving to be a tough one for all of us doesn't it. I'm pretty sure that I completed that step myself, cause right after I posted that message, I proceeded to play the 2 X HU SNG's & completed the mission & I still checked to see that the first part of the mission was complete.
Please can you send a refund requests to the poker department to see if I can get a refund or some bonus points ?
Ah, maybe I missed something in your response @Nestabear, apologies for that. I thought that completing the step for you remotely covered the tickets lost due to this error. I've sent a request for the refund now.
