Browser client freezes

This has happened quite a few times recently and is getting pretty annoying since I have had some big hands sometimes when this happens.Unibet bug.png

When did it happen: 10/2/2020 around 22:57 Finland time maybe (and other times in the past)
Device type: Linux mint
On what client did it happen: Browser client
Internet connection when issue occured: cable
Bug description: Sometimes the poker games just freeze midgame on all tables (I have been playing cash games mostly and this has happens at a frequency of maybe once every 4 hours). When I close and reopen the client it looks like the screenshot attached. I have to close and reopen many times until it starts working again. By that time I have timed out and sat out on all tables. It happens on both Firefox and Chromium browsers.
Presumed steps to reproduce:
1. Play poker on the browser client 2.Wait until the client freezes

Here are my browser details: http://supportdetails.net/KLVOKWG6

I know the browser details say that adobe flash player is not installed however when I try to install the flash player from https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ and choose Linux 64 bit Ubuntu apt version 32.0, it says "package adobe-flashplugin is already installed". Also I can play flash based games by simply clicking "click to enable adobe flashplayer"

@Stubbe-Unibet  I had money inside of 4 CASH game tables and than it suddenly frozen -> my internet connection pretty good. Just wait a minute, than decide to reload page:

Lobby did not load after refreshing page ...Lobby did not load after refreshing page ...

I looked at some old screenshots from when Unibet froze on Mozilla Firefox.

Below is a screenshot from Fri 17 Jan 2020 12:42:48 AM Finnish time. You can notice the link at the top  is different from the one on chromium and on firefox it is displaying the correct balance for my account at the time (assuming my tables are still active) in the top right corner.

Thanks for the detailed report! I've credited 1000BP to your account Smile

Curious to hear if anyone else is experiencing somethign similar - especially if you're on Linux. I'll try to install Ubuntu tonight and test a bit myself.

Can confirm that this happens with Chromium on Kubuntu also. Can't remember when it happened for the first time, but it's certainly not a new thing. Always thought it's because of this low end machine, but maybe that's not necesssarily the reason after all. Wonder

I usually only play one table, so this is not depending on number of opened tables.

Sometimes doesn't happen for days but can happen several times during  a few hour session, so timing of it would seem rather random, for me that is.

Restarting usually solves it on first attemp, but sometimes it takes a couple attemps, but then again also a standard opening of browser client occasionally takes several attemps.

@CuteRaven , @Purps can you share some info about your hardware? - you can for instance use the hwinfo command and take a screenshot of the result

@Stubbe-Unibet  I reported exactly the same problem 2 weeks ago. Freeze/Disconnect

It happened on Win10 and I could provide additional HW specification but my idea is that problem not related to device, rather looks like service-related issue!

@MadAdo , thanks! Moved your post. This is why it's so important things are reported the right way. I can't look through all comments to old reports which are marked as fixed Smile

@MadAdo , @Karmasuper @Purps , can you send me your http://supportdetails.net/ details as a screenshot or by copy and pasting the link in the right side on the page?

If any of you experience this again, please hit F12, while the browser client is the active window. The below window will open. Click the console tab and take a screenshot of what you see. I will of course compensate you if this results in a long sitout.

@CuteRaven @Purps thanks for the details again! Issue seems to be related to you being on v 79.x of Chrome. If you're on Ubuntu Focal, you can update to 80.x, but if you're on an older version of Ubuntu, it seems like the latest Chrome one is 79.x

@Stubbe-Unibet Shieet. Maybe I should change to Manjaro or something so I don't need to worry about outdated software...Is it likely that freezes on Firefox would be happening for the same reason or is it very hard to know at this point?

@MadAdo  did you send me the supportdetails? Sorry if you did, can't seem to find it.

EDIT: see that you send me the browser version. Can you please try to use Chrome to verify if that makes a difference.

EDIT 2: we'll be testing v 73.1 of Firefox some more. It's running smoothly for me, but obviously need more thorough testing.

@Ozzyholik what browser are you using?

@Ozzyholik version 79 I assume? We've got some issues with that one, but if you're on v 80.x, you shouldn't experience any issues

Sorry, @Stubbe-Unibet, my version is: 80.0.3987.116 (Oficial version) (64-bit).

@Ozzyholik but when did you have the issue? Smile Haven't seen anyone else have issues with 80.x

Been testing Firefox 73.0.1 (64-bit) without experiencing any issues, but the QA team will do more thorough testing later
