Another annoying disconnection!


Screenshot_553.pngI was playing my usual SNG session and then disconnection happend! I couldn't log in about 5 mins and was about to leave, but suddenly poker client start working again. I lost some HUs and lost bunch of chips at other SNGs (most of games were at late stage, so every BB was matter). I had some disconnection problems, but that one was the most annoying for me. As I can see other players didn't had a disconnection  as they were playing while I was sit-out. And of cause I checked my inthernet connection and it was ok. I want to ask a refund, but don't really know how much it really cost me.

Could you send me a poker log and the exact times of the disconnection please to contact@unibetcommunity.com?
I'll get them to the attention of the guys and look into it. Please mention this thread as well in the e-mail.

Thanks @Patric-Unibet & @Ray-Unibet ! I'm fully satisfied with this. That's why I'm chose Unibet as a main site to play poker to, because the staff can easily just pay damages without a lot of extra questions. And it's not about money, I like the attitute to loyal customers. It gives me a feeling that my money in safety no matter what. Smile

Compensation given as written above. Root cause was a server issue which lasted about an hour.

After upgrading to new version (2.27.0), client is dosconnected almost every day. Must restart it every time - it is really annoying; do something with it,  please - this version is very unstable.
