Lets keep this thread on track. The case is not something that should be discussed here as it does not provide any value to the Community. As Stubbe said in the original thread: "Basically, I don't think the community is the place for this kind of thread, and I don't see what it'll ever accomplish, having it open and having more users engage. You've shared your experience, and I think we should leave it at that (with brocky having the option to comment, should be wish to do so).".

So lets keep this thread on track, in the SNG challenge.

Sure, that's the reason, bro!

Don't community members deserve to know what a fellow community-"pro", blogger, streamer and UO final tabler was up to? Does it distract too much from the "tikiet pliese" and "UB must be rigged" content on this vibrant site? Don't you want other community members to avoid making similar mistakes in the future?

Post deletion coming in 3...2...1....

We're gonna win on so many levels! We're gonna win, win, win. You're gonna get so tired of winning, you're gonna say: "Mr. President please, we don't wanna win anymore, it's too much!" And I'm gonna say: "I'm sorry, we're gonna keep winning because we're gonna make America great again!"

@WuDu sure they do, but Unibet Community is not the forum for it. It's been said multiple times now. We did not facilitate no deals or encourage them. That being said, this is the end of that discussion, lets keep this thread on subject.

@Dennis__ so just to be sure I've understood this correctly. There was never any proof presented, in regards to what the money was used/spend on? I mean, it'd be one request to get this.
The whole court case sounds a bit odd to me: first point to prove should be whether the money was spent on actual gambling related activities I assume? Doesn't sound like that was clarified at all.

Anyway, as recorph said, let's keep the speculations and insults away. Discussing facts is not an issue of course.d

NB wudu, for a Trump supporter you sure seem to throw the victim card around a lot ;)

Even if you don't encourage staking, fact was that he was playing those scammed money at unibet, both parties members at community so what would be better forum than this? Suomi24, vauva.fi? I would think that is something you should be interested too as a responcible company?

Having said that, don't know how much longer there is point to go on about it when settled by judge already. If no new twists come up or brocky shows his face (like that is going to happen 😏 )

I agree with @Livertool that this is the best place to have this discussion, but obviously as @Stubbe-Unibet said, we should stick to the facts and avoid the speculation.

Brocky sent in documents showing his deposits and withdrawals to (various?!) gambling sites that don't offer Poker. Logically speaking there would have been nothing stopping him from withholding some of the withdrawals or keeping money in the accounts until after the hearing and I do not know why the judge was satisfied with what he presented.

Another thing that I don't think I mentioned is that I had evidence that Brocky refused to show me these documents in the first place. I thought that this would have been enough to at least get the court costs back. Brocky just claimed we discussed everything via our skype calls and didn't have to provide any evidence for that. In other words I lost the 500 quid in court costs as well.

There is a lot that I don't understand. Hey, if anybody is really interested in this case I would be willing to share the evidence and statements of both sides via e-mail together with a short summary of what happened at the hearing. I would be very interested in as many opinions as possible.

That's interesting, but also a bit confusing:

To clear that up, you transfer 5.000 Euro to Brocky's e-wallet. He then uses this money to fund various gambling accounts with different companies. After a few days there's the first deposit to a company that doesn't offer poker at all. During the court hearing he provided the ledger from his e-wallet, not from his gambling companies' accounts. Correct so far?

The ledger then says something like "Deposit to Roulette12345; 500 Euro";  "Withdrawal from Roulette12345: 200 Euro"; "Deposit to Roulette12345: 300 Euro".

800 Euro total deposits, 200 Euro total withdrawals, difference of 600 Euro. He then claimed during the hearing that the 600 Euro were lost at Roulette12345, while you say that

------------SPECULATION, don't delete me Unibet mods---------------

  •  the money could have been lost playing non-poker casino games, as he claims or
  • the money could also still be sitting in the Roulette12345 account or
  • the money could have been transfered out of the casino account in other ways.

Impossible to say by just looking at the ledger of one e-wallet, but the judge was fine with it. Correct?

Feel free to pm me. Why not email? I am getting paranoid about brocky stealing your alias and sending me virus

almost @WuDu

I sent the money to his bank account. His documents showed the transfer between his bank account and the gambling provider(s). I am not sure if it was more than one provider because he sent in different kinds of documents of what seemed to be the same gambling site (which is very strange of course, but I already crosschecked the dates and sums to make sure that he wasn't trying to use the same deposits several times). The documents didn't show what he used the money on.

In addition to that he did send in his party poker playing log (and yes, he did shoot some 1.000$ HUSNGs).

Great videos, keep it up. The main thing I took away is that I should try again and harder a plant-based diet and also it solidified my actual belief, that humans are a plague upon every living thing even ourselves.
