My weel was nearly full and ripe to release the next spin. I then used like 6€ and was starting to think the bonus froze or something. I then refresh the browser and the weel had gone backwords(according to my calculations by about 6€ wort of betting). Anyone else noticed anything similar? That the same people seems to be winning all the time i can write off as it is what it is, water under the bridge. But this incident is beond words

This is a known visual bug for loyalty, which seems to be affecting only mobile users and this is very rare to experience.
Currently, a bug ticket has been created for our provider Relax Gaming to fix the issue. We know that this is not the best experience, but I can assure you that the loyalty progression is counting correctly and loyalty spin should be received upon reaching a new level (according to wagerings)

I have experienced this so many times. I play on mobile only and i am at level 199. It happened at least 10% of every level. Sometimes more than once on each level. 97%... deposit... loose 20$ ..... 89%... yeah ok...
I eventually stopped complaining since nobody seemed to care or respond something worth the time. So it does happen to other players
I cant even count how much level up I missed over time. Is there any way I could receive a compensation for once?

I don't know for sure, but there are some things like the freezing counters in the rooms lately which make me reload the page. Not to mention another weird things like the 1TG BUG which I already mentioned, but is always present when I decide to play more than one room :
These are few of the things which made me play a lot less or almost never in the last 2 years.

Another thing which is different from the more simple look of the past is that I'm not seeing my level anymore and somehow the info is less in the new more glossy version:
I recall the freezing main counter which is visible in the room while the one for buying tickets above works and some other new minor glitches (except the infamous 1tg BUG which is always present since 201. My point is that it's possible that these HTML or Java bugs (not a specialist) are interacting with the wheel or I'm just being paranoic instead
There are many visual changes(not always good imo) which make the bingo page to run suboptimally and I've tried different settings and browsers, debugging tools which even helped little with one ill-executed otherwise great promotion which many of us were unable to take part in. Here in the report are just the more technical aspects:
I hope @Krists-Unibet will find time to see these issues and their probable correlation and to take the necessary actions. It's not good for a product of Unibet, no matter how small in revenue that looked and worked better when I first find this game online. At first my bingo sessions(esp. with chat games) were even holding me for hours away from my poker ones.
