It happend to me also you didnt win, in my case i had open two bingo rooms end when i go from one room to other to see how my tickets are standing that happens....  Or your screen name is Jusu7777 than you won two lines :)

@Wargozzaa At that time I was betting, and when I returned to the bingo room I was left with number 17. It fell out of my line, turned green, but another person won. i m  did not understand what happened

This is unfortunatley a graphical bug where you sometimes see green lines on tickets that "indicates" a false winning line. 
We would be really happy if you could provide us some more information so we can get rid of this bug.

@Maria-Unibet  This is the one of the few bugs I still experience too. I provided you with the info long ago, but there was some e-mail(months later) with advice to update the graphic card drivers (they are the latest)

@GothMoth This is an error/bug from our side. I know it is taking some time to fix this issue, that is why we are trying to collect as much information we can so we can compare where to continue the search. It seems to be a problem when you play multiple rooms or leave the ongoing game and then come back when this visual error appears. We are working on to fix this as soon as possible.
