Vinn Posted February 24, 2019 Share Posted February 24, 2019 Yeah I was playin bingo n bought tickets 6 dollars worth than I disconnected n went back in and I had to buy again but only 4 dollars worth never got the 6 dollars back thanks any help ? RayL Posted February 26, 2019 Share Posted February 26, 2019 Hi @Vinn, what happens when you get disconnected after you buy the tickets is that the game goes on and takes your tickets into consideration regardless if you are "spectating" or not. Once they are placed, they remain registered. I can actually see a small winning deriving from those 6 dollars worth of tickets that were placed. They were added 2 minutes after the disconnection at 23:53. You can double check this in your account history as well.
