I was playing the machine blender blast, and got the bonus. The game hung and when i went back in the game i didn`t get the bonus?? who to contact?

Did you check your account history? Wins from that bonus might have come to your account even if you didn´t see it play...worth checking.

Hi @morgis, welcome to the Community @Livertool thanks for the intervention.
I had to send this query directly to the Bingo department to have a look at it but a bit more info would help. When exactly did the error occur morgis? A time frame would help allot in being able to advise you correctly.
