Hi fairly new to this website and i got a free bet of £10 so i placed it on nots forrest vs aston villa and i went for a villa win and i won now i have £29.50 in my bonus account how do i transfer this to my main bank i am very confused with the process of this promotion and yes i have seen the videos and still cant get my head around how i cant get my free bet money into my main pot of money can anyone help me clear this up do i need to wait untill my free bet offer expires or do i keep betting with the free bet untill i lose it and then it gets transfered to my main pot of money or what can i do to get it into my main pot thanks for any replys from bradley.

Check your account and active bonuses. There you should see wager requirements. Im pretty sure it is 3 x £29.50 for betting, so you have to place bets with £88.50 ,minimium odds of 1.4 or 2/5 . Casino wager is probly 25 x £29.50.

The funds won from the bet are considered bonus money, which needs to be turned over before they change to cash that can be withdrawn. Turning a bonus over means that there's a certain amount you need to play for, so if you e.g do a casino slot spin for £1, then you have turned over £1 on the bonus no matter if you win or lose in the spin.
Please note that play on live casino only counts 10% of regular turnover, this is due to the possibility of betting red/black etc.

The bonus is a casino bonus though and therefore need to be turned over on either casino or bingo games, the remaining turnover requirement at the moment is £349,65.
