(Again) One out of fifteen so far, not a terrific strike rate, but to be honest I've thrown a couple in just on the price when they don't actually meet all my pre-set criteria, and as the weekend becomes more competitive it's harder to choose, so today's picks will all be fulfilling a stringent selection process.:geek:I'll post the picks but I'm going to watch live and only back them if the price is right as well. The slip clearly shows I took the price, 8/1, the horse won at 10/1 at which price I have been paid. Is there a promo on for getting the best price? This has not been the start I hoped for, all the bigger price selections are running just like that, slowly, so I'm going to re-jig the whole selection and betting process (again). It's so easy to look back at the results and think "Well I should have backed that, it's obvious in hindsight", so I'm taking a lot longer to come up with the picks and be happy that they are the correct ones.
