I've contacted our provider for a more accurate answer over what happened and I'll get back to you as soon as I know more.Update: @Mark1980, our providers checked the logs on that match and the cashout option and they confirmed that the game did go live and the cashout option was offered at a certain point. Please note that the option is not guaranteed to stay available to the whole duration of the match, it can happen that it hets suspended/deactivated and re added at a later point.
