i am not aware of how it was years a go...the former design was rather simplified!
imo is't not that bad once ' you favorite ' your lines...they all end up on top of all lines..which i like personally!

that said i don't bet on soccer..there so many leagues..i see that it could be an issue

Thanks for clearing that @JeppeL, i read your first post again and still have the feeling that you will forward the aversion against the changes when the posts will reach a critical mass and if not, then you will not make any intervention. The situation is very annoying because we don't have any direct contacts to developers only a chain of 3-4 people and any ideas or errors could easily stall if someone neglect the communication. After reading your second post i would like to apologize about my assumption, but I'm pretty sure nothing will change even if you will forward it later or not.

@Nestabear: yep, this is a downgrade, but everybody calls the changes upgrade before introduction, so i used that form too.

IMO most community users are a poker players so they dont care about the changes and the outrage is minimal. The perfect way to see how the users feel about this would be to send short survey through the email to all of them (like with those annoying chat surveys). One question: do you like the changes yes or not. Im sure this will be resolved in one/two months cause there will be visible loss of money (less live bets) for Unibet but this is still one/two months of nightmare for us..

There is a topic about improvements for Sportsbook and what Unibet is giving us after reading that (presumably) is this. Its really unibelievable.

want to rise this up again

@JeppeL new design is awefull. It's a pain for live-bettors. Once you open live section - 1 you have to click through all tourneys. Fine...you mark favourite games which you want to follow...Bamm! 2 Now you need to click all tourneys again in your favourite section, because it CLOSED! Fine...ok...now you want to look other sport section...maybe pre-match and Bamm! 3 you have to do the same clicking again here as you did on previous section. Fine...now you want to come back to live and see what is going on with your choosen favourite matches....Bamm! 4 Again everything is fkn collapsed and you have to click click click click to death of your mouse or your own.

No thanks! Cashout my balance, please. I'm leaving.

I am agreed with you guys.. i really hate this new design but i believe for those who don't play live betting this new design is not a problem.

I choosed Unibet for live betting because they have a lot of options and the bets are very quick payed and to be honest i prefferd the platform that was 2 times "upgrade" before this. We will see what will comes but i think we need to be patience, maybe Unibet want to ask a large audience not only us (the community) so that's why i think it will take a while.

And because i write about betting can anyone just put a damn button on live betting who says that i am agreed to "any odd change" because when i but for example 3 live tennis and the odds are like from 1.42 at 1.41 and this is very anyoing because it's taking a while just to place that bet. Is this a problem only for me or do you have the same problems?

Personally I prefer the new design, as I don't bet on a lot of random things, and I don't check the odds on Unibets site. When I go to the site, I usually know exactly what bet I want to place, which actually makes the new design better. If I haven't already decided for a bet, I'll only be interested in 1-3 matches anyway, which also makes the new design better.

However! I do understand where you all are coming from, and I don't really agree with the change either. As a bare minimum they could have added an "Expand all" option at the top.

NB chill and wait. I'm sure Unibet will find a solution. Also worth noting that this is not a change Unibet have done, it's by Kambi (the supplier also used by LeoVegas, 888 etc.), and we don't even know if Unibet had a choice.

For me is a little bit strange, that Unibet has a living contract with a provider and the provider changes the details of the agreement without consultig with the customer previously. I can imagine only one situation like this if Kambi has a monopoly in the betting supporting system's market.

I just chated with the live support and they said that this option doesn't exist and you need always to accept or decline the new odds

I just don't understand how some countries have this and other don't..funny thing :)

You live in a regulated market and maybe this is one of the regulations to keep the licence.

Of course Unibet does have a say, but product changes are ultimately the suppliers decision :)

Exactly what @psrquack said. Every regulated country got their own weird rules/processes :)

Then we are back to Unibet's responsibility. They know the change will come but didn't make a survey amoung players.😃

Unfortunately not that simple :)

Neither of us know the details, but I'd assume Kambi would like all clients to run on the same version of their platform (with some delay in updating being accepted) and offer limited customization possibilities. Kambi got a lot of different clients, and if every client could just veto a change, very few things would happen :)

I accept that, but if you can't defend your clients from the downgrade of the service (because your chosen option won't be available) that means Kambi has a monopoly or a guys from Unibet analyzed the costs/benefits and figured out that only a few  users will leave them if they let the downgrade spring into existence and the profit won't decrease.

@unibet staff, please understand this is a complete nightmare. You get to select your favorite matches and the favorite list collapses automatically every few seconds. You simply cannot see live scores across the board in real time without having to click the name of the league on all of them again. Only to have it collapse once more after a few seconds.

This is unbelievable and must be addressed immediately, in my opinion. The experience is the same on both desktop and mobile.

"PRO" live betors fighting against new style, not 10+secs "accepting" process.... :speechless:

This.

Its so upseting when you wait, wait, wait and wait, the line changed already twice, and of course not accepted. You try again on the new line, same happens. So you have two choice: you bet on the lower/higher line (and usually you fail with that line) or you leave that tip. Its much much faster on other sites, thats the area Unibet should improve, not the style (still dont get why people wanna expand everything, from Austria second league through Bangladesh juniors to Trinidad & Tobago chamiponship...).

Ahh, and if its the time of feedbacks. At live offers right now it shows only 1x2 or moneyline, you have to click to see how are the HC, o/u, corners, cards etc. Would be much better if on the top of each sport, you can choose to show other odds, markets for every match. Let say you choose "corners" from that menu, and it shows all the soccer match w corners o/u.

@psrquack I dont think it will change anytime soon. 13 likes two first posts, only 5 pages of complains and few people actually liked those changes 🤣. Now we have Christmas, New Year and next thing it will be a May without changes, people will adapt, no one will ever remember old design 😠.. I make now like 70-80% less live bets on Unibet. Usually i make always gazillion of live bets, looking for value here and there mixing live bets with pre etc but now its not even funny to try that. I missed too much value being late cause of damn clicking i just stopped this altogether. Only hope is that people will vote with their money. Even if im not a highroller by any means when there will be 50k or more of jerrys i think it will make Unibet think.

I agree with that, but @JeppeL promised us that he will forward it to the relevant person and this won't depend on the volume of dislikes. So I hope he didn't forget about it and let us at least 1 or 2 procent chance for a change.

I can indeed confirm @psrquack, that all the suggestions in this thread have been forwarded to the relevant person, and this thread is closely monitored, a promise is a promise and it's the least we can do.
