New live betting design

Its terrible!!!

To see all the matches (no matter the sport) i need to click gazillion of times opposite to ONE click at the old design. Live betting is all about the pace nothing else matters. I dont mind the graphic redesign (although unnecessary) but this thing needs to change.

I dont mind that when you click all the sports it shows you only a few, but when you click at the football/hockey/tennis etc i need to see them ALL, not only first three and start to click my way. Lets say its 16cet on saturday and there is gazillion of english matches so what i suppose to do now? Click myself to death????

It is horrible indeed! Can't really imagine who would approve something like this in 2018!!! It's like going back in time at least 10 years!

This type of design i've seen at the very poor betting sites back in the days and it's really mindblowing how someone from Unibet thought this is a good idea!

If there will be some tournaments/championships i don't wanna see in that list, i will do it my self, but the way it is now it really makes me play somewhere else.

@RayL , please send the feedback to the relevant department and undo the changes cause it's just so bad!

The new live betting platform design is absolutely terrible. Not only has live betting become a clicking madness, but, even after you finally manage to add the matches you’d want to follow to favorites, the list collapses automatically. Incredibly often, no matter what I do or the device I use, be it a laptop or a smartphone.

This is such an outrageous change it makes a live bettor’s life a living hell. Describing it as frustrating would be the understatement of the year.

@RayL Please pass on the feedback in this thread. The weekend is approaching and I don’t even want to imagine the experience we’ll be having.

I'm not doing any live bets until this is fixed... It's horrible, just plain horrible.

Please roll back to the old system Unibet, RIGHT NOW !!!!

Are the Mods aware of this terrible mess & inconvenience ?

I say it's a red card offence.

@Nestabear I'm paying attention to the thread, but it's one of those where we have to see how many comes in and shares the sentiment of OP, either by writing or giving a like, before forwarding the feedback to the Sportsbook developers.

@JeppeL ,

Please tell me ONE person who would love to click to expand every single tournament/league list to see the offers? It's ridiculous that people still have to wait for a feedback when you can see it clearly what crap they've made out it if. In the high season , when it comes to tennis, there are 20+ tournaments every day. For every refresh you make to Unibet , you have to click each tournament.

If you are a person who uses "in-play" option , this is a nightmare. In live betting every second counts in terms of odds , and it gives you such a frustrating feeling that in the end you will have to choose another bookie.

Are you all gamblers guys? :laugh: I know what leagues i follow, so i dont need to open all of them. Few clicks and done. It will be a big help on saturday/sunday when there are thousand leagues of soccer, basketball, handball and its all a madness, you cant find a single game, just scrolling up and down like an idiot. So IMO is better.

But the previous one (like 2 years ago) was still the best.

I think @JeppeL's reaction is clear @AndreiBN. Unibet paid out a lot of money for that upgrade and they don't want to make them back. December is also a busy month so I assume they couldn't reverse it within a short period even if they want, but it seems they don't want it.

@psrquack... upgrade ??? you mean downgrade don't you ?

Just make EXPAND ALL button. If someone wants to have fun with clicking let them, but vast majority of us dont. OR when you click all the sports and you see only few of them, then you click soccer/tennis/hockey and you see them all expanded.

Im pretty much depressed here by this 😠, cant really believe that someone thought it was a good idea. Was trying to bet some yesterday i was so frustrated that i went for run.

So, we need likes. 9 isnt enough probably is it? Maybe i made this thread in wrong section....

Which lines are you reading between @psrquack😃 My reaction is literally a non reaction at the moment, hence why I wrote that so far I'm just reading the posts and letting it ride so more members get a chance to chime in. Sure I have my own opinion on the new update, but my task on this is to pass feedback on from you guys when appropriate and as we're seeing now, there's also quite a few members who feel pretty good about the update in it's current state, so maybe the correct answer one way or the other isn't so clear cut as you want it to be.
