My bet is wrong, but I'm 100% sure it's right

Hello,

Yesterday I did a bet (see picture). Unibet declares the Virgil Van Dijk part is wrong. I saw the game live and he commited a foul 100%. On UEFA site is stated that he comitted a foul as well (see second picture).

What can I do, because this is not correct...

I'm told that my bet has been evaluated based on the first report of UEFA, in which is said that Virgil didn't commit any fouls.

Afterwards, an edited report has come on the UEFA site which states 1 commited foul by Virgil, but my bet was allready declared as "WRONG"

As if UEFA posts different reports...

This is absurd, and I hope this will be edited. 50€ is 50€

I have contacted live chat, where said these: They don’t want to correct these bets, because they use the first report of UEFA for evaluation of bets. (As we can read at Regulation of betting B.5.2). In my opinion this is not correct. Unfortunately I have no idea, what can we do….

Unibet-Agent?? Where can I find him/her? Is it possible i have too unibet-agent?


And I don't understand one thing: Under the bets they wrote that they will evaluate the bets by the official UEFA reports. But the first report is not official. What is your opinion?

Because some community gifts should be credited tomorrow 14.00 CET and Ray's doing those things generally I assume he will be online around that time.

Since Unibet partnered with Kambi a lot of things went so wrong in terms of results settlement. It's almost unreal how they refuse to acknowledge this facts and pretend that everything happening is in the "margin error".

Unibet brand is starting to get a bad reputation due to all these unprofessional people at Kambi and no matter how many complaints me and others do , all that we get as answer is that they will discuss it over the next meetings. And it's been going on like this for months without any visible result. As an advice , everytime check your bets settlement from other sources as well , cause you will be surprised how many times Kambi gets it wrong and ultimately Unibet takes the fault , as this is the platform we use to place our bets on.

Even when i talked last time on live chat , the agent told me that they are so tired working with Kambi and that they ( agents ) made so many complaints about how unprofessional they are, without any results so far. He suggested that we all complain when somethings is wrong and maybe things will change in time...don't really think it will..but we can always hope :)

:wow: So Kambi does this on a regular basis? Then they give to many chances to incompetent employees or are shady AF. Either way, mistakes like this tarnish the image of both them and companies that they supposed to give good info, in this case Unibet. In my opinion, nothing is gonna change until they gonna get a decrease in customers because of this issue or some kind of an "Artificial Intelligence" gets developed to do the job competently. 😞

I don't like it, when I have an icon with tv coverage and after i'm clicking on the event i can't see the live coverage, because they have removed it due to unknown reason.

I also dislike when live cash out it not avaliable and i feel it's happening more and more. Regular tennis bets what are also streamed refusing the cash out option making alive.

I also was very upset when they manually cancelled my live bet due to bad weather conditions, gave back the money and later when players finished the game they evaluated the bet as a running one without letting me know my bet is still alive.

@Yann Sorry for the troubles on this one, I agree that it's not a good situation and I remember we saw something similar happen, I believe last year, when bets where settled on the basis of the first official report(like always), which was then later corrected by the association. 

I'll get in touch with the Sportsbook and hear if there's a further explanation. but I cannot make any promises on getting it changed if it's in accordance with the Sportsbook terms and conditions, as well as what I've seen described here in responses from the live chat.

If Unibet (or Kambi) sais literally underneath their bets “based in official Uefa reports”, they shouldn’t ignore those reports. Again in my case it’s only 50€, bit in my colleague’s case, it’s 1.2K
