I leave Unibet thanks to cashout

Hi @violinrecital, welcome to the Community :)

Sorry to hear you are not enjoying the sportsbook that much lately, a thing that I know for certain is that the last thing we would like to do is force a player to leave. I'm not sure what the issue is here as you didn't go into too many details, but as stated in our terms as well, the Cashout feature is not guaranteed to appear on a bet, although it's rare that it is not offered at all. Let us know if you need us to look into something for you though.

I just bet on a tennis match now on match odds and I don't see any cashout feature. It's not blocked (grey) or something...nothing appears...it's like somebody disable it. What is happening @RayL ?

Wait, you placed a bet, you then cashed out of your bet, your initial prediction then turned out to be correct and now it's Unibet's fault for offering the "OPTION" to cash out?

We're gonna win on so many levels! We're gonna win, win, win. You're gonna get so tired of winning, you're gonna say: "Mr. President please, we don't wanna win anymore, it's too much!" And I'm gonna say: "I'm sorry, we're gonna keep winning because we're gonna make America great again!"

Event gone from the list? What list ? :)

So 5 min earlier I cashout on another tennis match...after I bet on a tennis match at score 1-2 first set on match odds. There were no problems during the match and from 1st second I bet no cashout option. I've checked also in bet history and same there. It's first time I see this. I cannot believe that on every deposit I make I find new problems...

@FunckyFish  available events.  when  your  event is no available -> cashout gone.ie.  if you  have  corners then better do  cashout before 85min -  i guess. because the corner bets disappear around 85 minutes.

Ive said very clear that my match was available all the time on live and my bet was on match odds, not on a market that is disappearing like handicap or total games.

And the problem was that the cashout option never appeared on this live event. I am betting on volleyball and tennis matches and never saw this after Unibet started to have cashout

When I place a bet on a football match why cant I choose whether to have cashout or not.

why should I have it even if I don,t want it ?

I'm really having a hard time trying to understand your arguments. They kinda don't make any sense. You keep wishing not having the  "cash-out" feature when actually you do have it. And that it's by not using that button . It is not a "forced" implement feature, it's just as it is called, an option.

If you think "cash-out" feature is a "trap" while watching a game , just use another way to watch it. And if you really can't control it and feel the urge to click it , this sounds more like a gambling problem if we look at the bigger picture, not the "cash-out" feature itselfs.

It's like me asking Unibet not to offer any available betting options for a set in a tennis match , because i can't control it and keep placing my bets on the set winner. You can't "blame" the simple presence of a feature , when you can easily igonore it. I see hundred of available betting options whenever i open a match , but this does not mean , by any means , that i need to click every single one of them, right?

cashout has been around to create confusion and make sure you don't win big money, so you should choose to have it or not

If so, then why do you use this option in the first place? Just make it a regular habit to not use cash-outs during games, if you're not happy with it.

Is Unibet also responsible for offering other type of bets you might not like?

What about all the times you cashed out of your bets and your initial prediction turned out false? Did you complain about the cash-out button then as well?

Like some other member said before, this is more of a case of personal responsibility on your part.
