Hello guys ,

Same as we had during the 2020 US Open community tennis competition , this thread is created in direct connection with the upcoming Roland Garros  ( more info by clicking here  ). And it will be the place where you can ask all general questions regarding the promotion , give us your feedback about it and much more.

At the same time , this will be the place where i will post every day of the competition the list with members who qualified for the daily prize raffle , and obviously , the raffle videos can be found here as well.So please try to keep theFrench Open promo thread only with pre tournament predictions and daily picks , so that in this way , things will not be lost somewhere in the mix and any question related can be properly answered.

Just to sum up a few important things :

  • Pre tournament predictions can be posted , latest , before Saturday the 26th of september at 22:00 CEST. No other predictions will be taken into consideration after this time , even if it will be just one minute later and keep in mind that you can change only 1 pre tournament prediction after you post yours. And you need to tag me in that post if you do it for validation.
  • Prizes will be credited at max 3-4 days after the raffle is done , so please wait before posting or sending PM to me or the guys. This time , prizes will be paid out in free bet/s, with minimum value of one free bet being €10. You can either have it splited , or full value of the daily , or overall prize.
  • A member can win only 1 daily prize throughout the competition , but , of course , he/she can earn points for the overall daily picks tournament , so you can earn extra.

If you have any questions or anything related to this promo , feel free to post in here and we'll do our best to answer.

Alright now , enough with all the rules and details , let's just wait a few more days before the fun begings

Bencic has withdrawn before the draw from the RG so i've got the question. Now Azarenka is seeded with number 10. The question number 8 is: Which player, OUTSIDE top 10 seed players, will have the longest run in the women's single event of 2020 French Open edition (Will win the tournament or be last eliminated)?

Could i still pick her name as an answer?

We are live, guys! First question for Day 1 is posted , and you can find it here .

Remember that all daily picks must be submitted in the competition thread ( here  ) , not in this one.

You have plenty of time do it and we'll be back tomorrow , late in the afternoon , to see how it's going and who's gonna be our first raffle winner.

Enjoy the weekend!

Bit sorry that Murray had to leave at this early stage this year's Roland Garros and not so sure when we will be able to watch him at this level , but Wawrinka was at least 1 class better than him this evening , and he starts in style his favourite Grand Slam of the year , with an easy 3-0 win. This gives up as well today's answer to our daily question :

If there will be any tie-breaks , when will it happen first in this match? Answer : D. This match will not have any tie-breaks.

I will do the raffle within the next hour and after that will get ready the nexy question!

With this inspired pick , each of you has earned the 1st point for the most correct daily picks throughtout the competition. And this could turn out to be a very important one.

There will be 39 members to join the raffle - Day 1 ,that were inspired enough to predict the correct outcome. The lucky ones that will stand a chance of winning a €30 prize are :

Only 1 day we needed to have a top 10 favourite eliminated :

Which player, from top 10 seed players (favorites), will be first eliminated in the women's single event of 2020 French Open edition?

Johana Konta lost just a few moments against the american Cori Gauff. Not that much of a surprise , as the new wonder kid of tennis displayed a solid game this evening , despite clay courts not being her day by day favourite.

Not much to say about Jo , as her game was simply a bad one and she needs to focus more , cause there's plenty of talent there.

Good news for 36 of our community members who picked Konta as the first one to be eliminated from the top 10 seed players in this 2020 Roland Garros. Congrats for collecting a very important 1st point for the pre tournament predictions competition.

I will do the raffle within the next hour!.

With this inspired pick , each of you collected 1 point for the most correct daily picks throughtout the competition. And this could turn out to be a very important one.

There will be 34 members to join the raffle - Day 2 ,that were inspired enough to predict the correct outcome. The lucky ones that will stand a chance of winning a €30 prize are :

If you want some entertaining , just follow ( as much as it will still last ) , the epic match-up between the frenchman Corentin Moutet vs. the italian Lorenzo Giustino.

They've statred playing yesterday...and maybe they will need 3 days to finish this 🤣

Today we have another top 10 favourite eliminated , this time in the men's single event :

5.Which player, from top 10 seed players (favorites), will be first eliminated in the men's single event of 2020 French Open edition?

Gael Monfils  lost just a few moments against Alexander Bublik , which continues his hot recent hot run . Gael did not play to much official matches and you can easily see that.

25 of our community members who picked Monfils as the first one to be eliminated from the top 10 seed players in this 2020 Roland Garros men's single event , earned a very important  point for the pre tournament predictions competition.

Mahut is playing with Herbert not Martin so is it still good or lost in tournament prediction?

@Livertool ,

It will not be valid.

Ofc, there goes jp chance. #0lucky

For the future, is there some site that you can check these things? Tried to google but still couldn't find any info why they did split up and changed partners

@Livertool ,

Not really. Even in Grand Slams things like this happen. They can change partners right before the 1st game of that tournament , so nothing is sure there. There are some deadlines when they sign up in a tournament , but , there are as well some exceptions , due to injury , sickness, etc...
