RayL Posted August 9, 2019 Share Posted August 9, 2019 Hi @Danilo_p8, welcome to the Community :) Sorry to hear about the issue, I had a call with our traders to see how we can help you out in this as we are able usually to void a bet as a one time goodwill gesture but that is in the case that none of the bets are yet settled. So technically speaking we are not able to void the bet anymore. In terms of the site "bouncing" was this due to the loading of the sports page? In any case, we're sorry that the bet was placed in error but it is always in the players responsibility to be sure that the bets placed are accurate.
