Campaign book

Hi!

I was suppose to get a free book ( Jorma Vuoksenmaa, Pelaajalta pelaajille ). The book was a part of Unibet's campaign.

Campaign ended already in the early summer. Where is my book?

No, it wasn’t an E-book. Checked the e-mail already. Other guys has received the book. Is it coming at all? Do you remember that campaign?

I guess this campaign was only for finns, so let's help him a little... Was this the "Deposit €40 and get a book on top" campaign?

Yes, it was only for finns. And as you said,  I had to deposit 40e to get the book. As I can remember the deposit was accepted without problems and I was registered on

that campaign correctly. For a time I forgot the whole book but as I saw other guys has received the book I started to wonder where was mine.

Did you ever get the book @Alias91? Just asking because Xmas is coming and would like to read that too before giving it to anyone :laugh:
Also @JeppeL or @RayL, the Finnish page says in the rules that the min.40€deposit needs to be wagered once before it's accepted.. but not a single word mentioning, do we have to bet it on sportsbook, or are the casino games also good for it??
If they are also accepted, wondering is the turnover 40€ on casino as well, or am I going to run into some tricky rules hiding somewhere 😏 Would like to play it today, but not before it's clear that every cent counts towards the needed amount.

No I did NOT get the book. I think this whole campaign is a big scam. Not first time when unibet is promising something and not keeping its promises.

Won't be playing here again if my book is not coming at all.

Hi @Alias91, sorry for the delays first of all. I realize that this is well overdue and I get that it can get frustrating after a while. We had the promotion creators have another look and they have reached out to the company that was hired to package and send out the books via currier, we are pending feedback from them and as soon as I know more, I'll update you here in this thread. It's unfortunate, sometimes when we need to outsource such a promotion the chances that there is a hickup grow and this is the result of it. Rest asured I'm on it and will certainly chase this down and get it done for you. Your patience was and still is appreciated.

Quick update @Alias91, the book was attempted to be delivered 2 times according to our colleagues and failed unfortunately so this time the currier shall SMS you with more information in order to make this delivery a successful one :) They say third time it's a charm, and I have my finger's crossed :) The delivery times don't change I'm afraid so at the moment we are looking at another possible 2 weeks unfortunately.

The delivery has been there, twice.
Tried to order that book now, once. Twice.
If that doesn't happen properly, IMO the garage is empty, and we need to wait a long time.
So no need to be upset.We go kill someone at RdR2  :laugh:😏

Thanks for the quick response again. Sorry to hear that currier has to come again. I had no idea that a currier tried to reach me. Thought I had to pick it up from post office etc.

anyway, it would have been nice to know day, week, or even a month when the currier is coming. I didn't get any warnings and as I said I thought I would pick up the book from somewhere. Peace.

And as you writed earlier to me, that someone must have been trying to contact me, I cant remember that happen.

I wouldn't been complaining hear if I had knew about the currier and ignored him.

Absolutely not an issue @Alias91, from what I understood this time you will receive an SMS which will direct you to your closest post office or to set a pick up time. It's a difficult situation indeed as as soon as the order was placed we have very limited control over the times and quality of delivery, this sometimes leading up to not so happy players. It's good to know at least were we stand and in any case, feel free to contact me personally if anything is delayed. Christmas is coming, I guess deliveries are increasing overall everywhere...but better to think positively :) Let's speak in a week or two over the status of the delivery.

Got the book now. Not sure if the currier was trying to contact me or not but the book was in the mailbox. Thanks for all the guys who was working with this case!
