RayL Posted July 5, 2019 Share Posted July 5, 2019 Hi @Cellnet, welcome to the Community :)We can confirm the deduction of 10p is correct, as at the time of withdrawal Impressor was 33/1 and Shadow Glen was 8/1 - now depending on when you placed your bets with other bookmakers this may have resulted in the lesser deduction, however we cannot speak for other companies.
