Booka9 Posted January 6, 2017 Share Posted January 6, 2017 I had ths selection a few weeks ago 14th Dec - Deandre Jordan over 12.5 rebounds This was settled as a loser, but I have double checked the stats/results just now and he had 13 rebounds in that game. So clearly been settled incorreclty. I have raised this up with customer service and they said they will get the traders to email me back.I just would like other opinions that I am good and will be paid out? According to nba.com, Jordan only had 12 rebounds in the game, so for now we'll have to stick with the official match report from NBA and keep the bet settled as lost, but I assure you we'll investigate further to make sure it's settled correctly.Good thing you provided some links showing he had 13 rebounds - the ones you mentioned are usually reliable (like ESPN), and our sportsbook department will include the sources in the investigation. There's always a risk of finding different stats of a match on the internet, but it doesn't happen often that we see non-matching stats on sites like ESPN and NBA. According to the UK site you mentioned, it was indeed 13 rebounds, but it's only 12 rebounds on the .com site.I'll let you know as soon as I get an update on the case.
