Solution RayL Posted July 27, 2019 Solution Share Posted July 27, 2019 Hi @Gergely, welcome to the Community :) I see this was already clarified by one of our colleagues on Live Chat. What basically happened is that the bet was placed out of Bonus Money and the Bonus was canceled before the wagering was completed. Basically deleting the Bonus Money.
