hey guys, for Red Star Belgrade vs Tottenham the total number of fouls was 26 but you have settled bets as loss stating that there were 21. Please review your decision. Also, Tottenham shots on target was settled wrong. You list 3 shots on target for the spurs but the match finished 0-4. This is really embarrassing. Went to live chat but not solved yet

Same happened to me but unibet customer service said they won't budge,  what can we do this is ridiculous?  

Before I place the bet it clearly states bets are settled according to UEFA.com official match report which clearly states 26 fouls were committed,  customer service will only tell me there providers say something else?  This is crazy I watched it with my own eyes counting the fouls I checked all sports site just to know I wasnt going crazy the only site with a different result is here,  explain please unibet

It should do I just expect transparency and bets to be settled according to correct results.  Are you Romanian Calin I talked to their customer service as I have a .ro account and they were even more dismissive trying to act like I was trying it on

This is really frustrating,  email I get no response,  live chat with Romanian agent pointless , just robotic responses refusing to even look into my complaint,  the bet was clearly settle incorrectly and the lack of communication or care is inexcusable

I agree. It is getting annoying now that they are not fixing this one. After so many hours and all the complaints. I was on chat with them and they said they they are looking into it as they had many complaints but no resolution... disappointing

Now I'm angry they won't honour the correct result and have even doctored a UEFA document to look like they are right,  I was on the livechat and Richard sent me this link https://www.uefa.com/newsfiles/ucl/2020/2027074_sps.pdf

The guy obviously thinking I'm stupid asks me to count the fc column as its 23 ? I said as people can see it's 26 , 12 fouls by red star and 14 by spurs,  then he said check your email the photo we sent you has a different result so on this photo they changed the fouls made by spurs to 9 not 14 , I'd post the pic here but not sure how,  it just stinks

Agreed anyway I spoke to Andrew a decent chap who agreed with me that the photo proof shows stats for 80 not 90 minutes so he sent it to the relevant trader who hopefully will finally resolve this correctly

But yes Calin absolutely dumbstruck how I'm supposed to do a forensic operation just to show them the clear facts and get what's rightfully mine,  how stupid can their trader be giving stats for 80 minutes and settling bets on a full game .

I can see the frustration here guys. Its happening on a more than weekly basis with the sportsbook Kambi and the absolutely incompetent livechat of unibet.

Luckily, as soon as @RayL and @Jeppe-Unibet start chasing, things get usually settled pretty "fast". @JeppeL 

Try to relax and regain trust, but i know better than anyone how hard it is ;) (and stay away from livechat after 1 try, you'll get depressed if you try to discuss :p)

Surprised nobody else is concerned by unibets disgraceful behaviour here,  until I see otherwise they've blatantly tried to commit a fraud here by knowingly giving me false and misleading proof to get out of correcting their mistake,  all they had to do was own upto their mistake ,apologise ,rectify it and all would of been okay but no they create a false picture to justify their ineptitude.

Hi TDW thank you for your consideration,  I agree with you but I can accept human error,  but what I can't accept is going out of your way to prove a falsehood it's disgusting,  you made a mistake own up too it don't try to pull the wool over my eyes.

@Roni you're 100% right.

If you browse a bit around the boards here you'll see several other threads about this. I think many people will agree that this is a bit "more" than a small human error. Luckily we're having community mods with some integrity.

 

Try to keep the patience up and make sure to double check all your losing bets and report errors asap. Thats all we can do!

You are correct mate. The thing is that sometimes it is frustrating to chat with customer service. They don't seem to understand at all and all they can do is use some scripts..no empathy , no understanding just the same words over and over again. At least there is this community here because another Romanian bookie is refusing to pay me a winning bet placed 2 months ago.
