Solution RayL Posted December 28, 2019 Solution Share Posted December 28, 2019 Hi @JayJay1979, welcome to the Community :)The offer that I'm able to see on your account resembling the issue explained by you above would require a player to place 4 X 5 euro bets at the minimum odds of 1.4 (1.4 / each led in case of an accumulator bet) in order to receive a 5 euro Free Bet, as seen below:The only bet eligible on your account seems to be the one that is currently pending to be settled and as soon as all matches finished the counter will show 1/4.
