Lost bet

I have set money on 1.5 total goals until min 30 and they had allready 1 goal and they score before min 30 (so 2-0) and it says i lost it? I have screenshots of it if needed

I have a similar problem with Rodrygo's goal and assist for Real Madrid against Brugges last night. 

Placed a bet on assist and goal and assist and the bet was lost? I watched the game and he defentilly had a goal and a assist so... 

Also Transfermarket, Whoscored and Livescore confirm this. I can send the printscreens.
