I placed a bet while the match was at 35 th minute, I was amazed that 2 minutes after placing the match suddenly turned out to have been played for 90 minutes. I claim my bet of 50 € back, which is already the 2nd time it happens. 1st time did not even receive a response here

Hello @Christine , 

From what i can see , the mods tried helping you also the 1st time you had an issue with a bet, but you failed to respond and provide a bet ID . It's kinda difficult for them to look at all yur bets and when someone askes for helpm in the community it goes both ways , you have to help each other .
