Bet wrong settled

I have placed a ticked and it should be a win, but for some reason, it's not. One of my bets, Ludogorets Razgrad over 1.5 cards is settled as lost, even though UEFA flashscore and all the other sites are showing that ludogorets had 2 yellow cards.
