Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I am quite sure that @whereisrivaldo didn't post his screenshots within 1 hour of the payout, because the difference between his Windows clock 23:38 (which since he is finnish is in EET=CET+1) and the time of his post is greater than an hour.

I feel kind of bad for pointing this out since excluding him for a techinality seems kind of silly, but then again if I were in @HAI_ROMANIA's shoes, I would feel like I was being cheated out of a win.

Luckily, I don't have to decide what to do about this kind of a situation.
