hi Im new member..i made a mistake and played neptune 50.qualifierthinking it was a freezeout..my mistake I should have checkec I . won a ticket but torny cancelled..also i do not have sufficient funds for a rebuy..can i change it for another ticket or tickets so i can play tonight ? there is another neptune 50 tomorrow..what happes if that is cancelled..ticket expires tomorrow..ive rang help line they were no help..told me to try this.. live chat no help either . many thanks
