I place mostly inplay bets which you kind of have to do quickly, I have never had an issue before until yesterday. I placed a bet then suddenly the match is greyed out and within seconds the bet has lost and the score displayed was completely opposite after I checked on other websites. It seems so unfair. I place a bet on the score I'm looking at.

I am trying to make a complaint to get a final response but it all seems to be ignored. I simply wanted my deposit returned to its original payment method but this is being refused and my money held. I ask to make a complaint and I am told it can't be done on live chat so I'm given an email which when I've sent the complaint no one gets back. In addition to that I've submitted every required documents. This is absurd.
