    Internet connection when issue occured: mobile hotspot

    Bug description: 

    After timeout, instead of being redirected to the login window, you get a white screen. You can't click on anything, you have to close and reopen the app.


    Steps to reproduce: 
    1. wait to be timeout
    2. press the green button below the message
    3. wait a few seconds, the white screen will appear.
    Expected result: redirect to login window
    Actual result: white screen

  3. I managed to reproduce it several times on 13/03/2024 12:40 UTC

    These are the steps I followed:

    • I registered in 4 games
    • when it had not yet started, I pressed the power button and the screen closed
    • I reopened the screen
    • disconnection message + refund notifications.

    When did it happen: 16/03/2024 around 3:00 AM
    On what client did it happen: Windows client, dmp + logs ver. 3.34.17
    Internet connection when issue occured: mobile hotspot
    Bug description: 

    I tried to open 7-8 hexa tables, 7 opened and I was able to play, only one was frozen (see the image below). I couldn't click on anything in that window, but I could hear a sound from the chips moving. 

    I tried later to identify the game in HH. I found a possible hand from that game, but since it was a large volume in a short period of time, I can't be 100% sure. I recommend checking the logs.
    Presumed steps to reproduce: I tried 2 times to open 4 tables from the lobby, didn't manage to reproduce it.

  5. I have the same problems and recently it's all the more frustrating as I have to wait 4-5 days after an email with an archived report to then return to CS for the password not knowing if the received file can be opened and if it's what I originally requested.🥵

    In what world it's ok to make the customer return several times to CS on his own time for the same problem when everything should be available a click away in a few seconds. The years pass, we are in 2023, but the CS department seems to be taking it in the opposite direction, running towards '90s.🤮

  6. I registered in the tournament 20-30 minutes before it started. When there were 2 minutes left before the start, I opened the app and the register button was active (as if I had not been registered). I appeared in the list of players, and if I tried to register again by entering the password and pressing register, it gave me an error message.

    It still doesn't work for me.

    Panamera and I have Xiaomi phones with android 10 and miui 12(or at least that's what I understood by analyzing the printscreens). Does anyone else have similar specifications and encounter the problem with language selection?

    @Phlo23 I clicked like 50 times, and it eventually selected the language, and I got past. I think it needs time to start working. Today I almost got in on my own language (got past language selection and login screens, but it asked am I robot and I got stuck there). I changed some settings too, but I believe that it has nothing to do with it.

    So you may try and let it sit for some time and maybe you get in.

    Hopefully @Stubbe-Unibet finds a fix soon.

    Unfortunately, the problem persists after reinstall and restart. It's like a wallpaper, I can't select anything.

    I'm open to suggestions 🙂

    The ghost player issue is hopefully solved. Bounty issues, previous hand and play in BB switch also dealt with. Still several things to fix.

    After a clean installation, (uninstall stable application, installed test ver.) can not go beyond this step, no option works. I tried to close and open the app several times.

    Normally I quickly select intl. eng or romania and the lobby opened. Has anyone encountered this problem?

    I'll try another reinstall + reboot and come back with new information.

  13. Hi. Last night I played a 5€ UOS qualifier, 1€ buy-in and forgot to select which ticket to use. I had 2 UOS tickets and a 1€ generic ticket that I kept expressly for the mini supernova. Please, can you help me with a ticket exchange? I was left with 2 UOS tickets and one event at this buy-in.

    I want to mention that this is not the first time this has happened, I know where i  stand.

    It's my fault, but it's very hard for me to remember that I have to select a certain ticket when I'm tired.

    Despite the effort, my brain creates the unrealistic expectation that the correct ticket will be withdrawn from my account.
