hi guys, ive had an issue with grosvenor poker over them not paying a £500 mission reward i won,, their customer service is horrendous in how they make you feel like exploding to tell them to stick the reward somewhere unpleasant,, in this mission i made 9 out 10 correct football predictions and satisfied the poker loyalty points attribute. ive been palmed off poor first level live chat assistance, which is complete sh@t, telling me its not even the same promotion,, and the department its been escalated to dont even contact you , im wondering if anyone else has had such problems with them. goes without saying they can right royally fek off and ill never use their site again

Hi guys, just joined,, a battle with health has put me on the path of poker, played since Xmas and aiming for ROY Barcelona for a LIVE SHOW debut, I hustled my way threw college playing pool and 3 card BRAG so I've taken to poker quite well, any advice on tournament strategy would be great, Cheers 🤗
